What is POP: By Giselle's Return Policy?

Swimwear and sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Activewear that has been unwashed and unworn, or is defective is eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To return or exchange eligible items, please email customerservice@popbygiselle.com.

How do I know what size to buy?

All products are true to size unless otherwise stated in the additional information section of each product page.  

How can I become a brand ambassador?

POP: By Giselle is always looking for new people to represent our brand! Brand ambassadors receive special perks such as discount codes, early access to new releases, and free merchandise. If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador for POP: By Giselle, please email marketing@popbygiselle.com. Due to the number of inquires we receive, it is unlikely we will be able to respond to all. Only a select few are chosen each month, so please do not let this discourage you from emailing again in the future! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping within the continental United States is paid by the customer unless the order exceeds $150 dollars. Shipping time is estimated and POP: By Giselle cannot predict exact date of arrival. Shipping time does not include 3-5 day processing, weekends, or holidays.
